Q: 1.How did you come up with your name ?
A: I was under a lot of pressure to pick my name, I needed to have it the same day I signed my contract. I was sitting on the sofa and my friend was playing Mortal Combat. I saw one of the hottest and most badass characters was named Mileena. So I took that and changed the spelling. My agent picked the surname Mason and since I find secret societies and the occult fascinating so I agreed to it. And thus Melina Mason was born!
Q: 2. Where did you grow up? What was that like?
A: I grew up in a middle class town in Long Island, New York. Most of the time it was very boring except spending the summers on my family’s sailboat. I’ve always enjoyed being on the water.
Q: 3.Why did you choose to be an adult film star as your profession?
A: I’m capitalizing on a combination of my strengths and weaknesses. I’m a pretty girl without any shame and a sex drive that always got me into trouble. Even my teachers in high school said I should go into porn. It’s just who I’ve always been.

A: I have a license to drive a boat but not a car haha.

A: I had a wide variety of interests, science, music, the arts and boys.

A: I was the average bad girl in high school. I spent four or five years giving my mom a headache.

A: The best is the attention and the fun you have on most sets. I have gotten a long with most of my co stars and that made the fucking really good. I enjoy meeting people, going to different locations, being made up all glamourous and then seeing the final product in the end. Its the best feeling in the world when you watch a great scene that you’re in and knowing that many people around the world are getting off to it too. The worst parts? Getting a guy that is obnoxious, doesn’t care about making a good scene or won’t listen when you tell him to fuck you harder. I also dislike when I perform with a girl and you can tell she doesn’t really like girls, it makes my job a little difficult.
Q: 8.If you weren’t in the adult film industry what would you be doing with your life?
A: I would be finding a way to get into it
Q: 9.What sort of things were you interested in when you were younger?
A: Star Wars, Spice Girls, Britney Spears, Cats, Ludacris, Beetlejuice, The nightmare before christmas, Halloween, Painting, Drawing, Writing…I had a ton of obsessions, I would go through phases with them.

A: I hate metal in my mouth. I do not eat with metal utensils, I must have plastic.

A: Not at all. Its basically the same thing, same rules apply, there is just no camera around. I never really had emotions regarding sex or towards sexual partners except for when I was married, I am often told I am like a guy with a vagina.

A: Right now?? Stressful. When I film though all that stress goes out the window for the day, filming is like a vacation for me

Q: 1. Can you give us some background on yourself and how you entered the adult industry?
A: I basically grew up on porn. I started watching it at a young age and I was immediately drawn to it. I’m from New York and about 2 years ago I flew out to Hollywood (my first trip away from home) for a friend’s birthday. I was at a club and recognized a few pornstars, one including Tee Reel. I approached him in a geeky manor saying, “Are you in porn?” and he told me he was. I told him how porn had always been in the back of my head and he introduced me to some people. Fast forward to 2011, a year later, I quit my job as a waitress, packed up everything, and moved across the country to pursue porn!
Q: 2. What was your motivation concerning your career choice?
A: I was always enamored by porn and once I knew I was surrounded by smart business people, I was ready to hop on! (Literally and figuratively)
Q: 3. What were you like in high school?
A: High school, I was what my friends called a “social butterfly”, and I was friends with majority of every clique there. I was still watching porn and interested in sex, but I was a virgin until I was 17.
Q: 4. Who was your childhood hero? Why?
A: Well growing up in my teen years, I’d have to say Jenna Haze. It sounds odd having an adult performer as a “hero” per-say, but I saw how much she enjoyed her scenes. Before that, I was taught sex was bad. She made me feel empowered as a sexual woman and she’s a smart business woman on top of that! A: Honestly, it doesn’t matter. As long as I’m doing what I love and I’m around good people, I’m happy. I think it is exciting doing a feature! It’s such an over the top experience. In gonzo, I love that I don’t have to worry about lines and staying in character, I can just get right down to it!
Q: 9.What’s in your pockets right now?
A: Pockets? Eww girls don’t use pockets! That’s what we have bags for! But in my bag I have my wallet, keys, perfume, gum, and some make up. And chapstick! Always, always Carmex!
Q: 10.What would you say is your favorite kind of music ?
A: I love blues and jazz. My favorite singer is Bessie Smith from the 1920′s, but music is my everything. If you go through my iPod, it literally goes from Bessie Smith to Britney Spears to Nirvana to Garth Brooks to The Rolling Stones. I’m pretty eclectic when it comes to music.
Q: 11. Do you have specific goals or are you ready to conquer everything?
A: I think a little bit of both. You can’t conquer everything at the same time, you need to build up to it. I would love to direct another one of my own movies. I did an entire movie with me in every scene only 2 months into the business. But I want to get my website up and running first and foremost! There’s so much in the future for me, it’s extremely exciting!

Q: 1.Let’s start at the beginning: How did you initially become interested – and later involved – in the adult industry?
A: A company in Philadelphia found me on Myspace and pretty much just asked me if I was interested in doing a blowjob on camera. I was going into my sophomore year of college, so of course, I was looking for ways to make easy money. I figured, I give blowjobs in my personal life anyway, so why not get paid to do it! After that scene, I did a couple more for that company and then signed with Adult Faces for my first agency.
Q: 2.Can you tell us about some of the movies you have appeared in thus far?
A: Oh boy, there are a lot of movies:

Q: 3.Where did you grow up and what was that like?
A: Well, I live in a lot of towns/cities. My parents were divorced so I went back and forth living with them. They also moved a lot themselves, so I was in a different school each grade year. Once I got into my sophomore year of high school, I went to live with my Aunt in Nazareth, Pennsylvania. There I actually stayed for three years and it was fun being able to have friends for more than a year. I really like Nazareth but the people who lived there were kind of snobby because it was a rich town. It was an experience living there lol.
Q: 4.What were you like in high school?
A: I was definitely an ugly duckling in school. I was just on the Maury Polvich show for “Geek to chic” since I have changed dramatically since High school. I did the boring sports like cross country and track and also hung out the “not so popular crowd”.
Q: 5.What is your favorite scene of all time that you have done so far ?
A: I would have to say Captain America XXX Movie. That was my first parody that I was in and it was absolutely fun working for Extreme Comics and Exquisite. I love being able to act out a character on set and it come alive when you see the movie all put together.
Q: 6.Do you have an unfulfilled fantasy ?
A: Oh that would be an all girl orgy. I rarely get to do girl/girl videos and to have multiple girls all in one room I think would be such a turn on for me.
Q: 7.What is a typical day on the set like ?
A: Well it depends on if there is hair and makeup on set. If there is hair and makeup on set, then my day starts around 8:30am, so they can start doing my hair and makeup. Then we move on to picking out my wardrobe, going over the script (if they have one) and then preparing for the scene. If there is no makeup on set then usually it can be a quick 2 hour day.
Q: 8.Do you have interest in directing or doing anything behind the scenes?
A: I would love to one day. I am doing my own site now and looking to invest in lights, cameras, and etc. So hopefully if I learn well, through my site, I will be able to do bigger things and direct possibly.
Q: 9.What are your favorite mainstream movies?
A: I love all sorts of movies. I would say the ones that I never get tire of would be The Godfather Trilogy and Goodfellas. Both which are all time classics and I can watch over and over again.
Q: 10.Are you constantly working or do you always find some time to chill?
A: I work a lot but I do find time to hang out with friends, family, and my two cats. Even though I webcam a lot, I still have time to relax at my house, eat popcorn, and watch a good movie.
Q: 11.Do you like sports ?
A: I do like sports. I’m not a diehard fan of sports but my favorite teams are the Phillies, Cowboys, and the Lakers. I will say I love going to the games, like the Phillies, and being able to eat hotdogs, scream at the opponents, and cheer for my home team.
Q: 12.Do you have specific goals or are you ready to conquer everything ?
A: I would love to host a show. I have done a lot like reality shows, TV shows, and hosting but I would like to make it a full time gig. I think I have the personality and charm to host a show and make it interesting.
